"Leaving Storybrooke" Once Upon A Time's Series Finale.

"Leaving Storybrooke" is the title of Once Upon a Time's series finale episode that aired last Friday May 18th, and somehow it is still so incredible hard to believe that this show is actually reached it's end.

For seven years Once Upon A Time has filled our lives full of joy, adventures, hope, and magic. But like all good things this too must come to an end. For many, this show has inspired us to push our limits and believe that anything is possible. It taught us that the right path isn't always the easiest one, kindness is key, everyone deserves a second chance, and that ultimately, it's not about the destination but about the joruney.

In an interview with Executive producers Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis last week they said how the finale will be a very epic and emotional episode that not only gives the fans everything they love about classic "Once" but will also honor Horowitz and Kitsis' vision for the show itself.

"What we decided first and foremost is we have to love [the finale]," Kitsis says. "At the same time, we kept the fans' hearts in mind, and so we tried to do a finale that reminded everybody why they loved the show to begin with."

"In our own ways, we are fans," Horowitz adds. "We love these characters, we love this world so much. So we really had to trust our instincts and trust that where we want it to go would be right if it felt right, and to us it did feel right. And we really hope everyone agrees."

With that being said, I think it's safe to say that the fans did agree! Many fans took to social media to express their delight and sadness for the finale, as well as, the show in general.
